Benchmark Survey: The online trainee survey is sent out to participating companies, inviting trainees to give their feedback. This in turn allows us to create an insightful performance analysis, competitor comparison, recommendations for continuous improvement, and spotting emerging trends.  This survey is about your voice helping to make a positive change to traineeship programs.  Learn more here.

Semi-Final: Jury Interviews with Traineeship Manager and a Trainee: Who’ll be making it through to the finals? In the semi-final, the organizations that scored above the bar in the Benchmark survey face our expert jury for an interview and panel discussion on five specific Best Practice topics. We select winners over five categories for Best in Practise awards and the Best Traineeship Manager. We’ll find out by February, and announce the finalists then.

Finale – Trainee Pitches: The competition rounds off with our conference,  which will include inspiring speakers, a facilitated Trainee Think Tank and an in-depth review of the trends and data regarding Traineeship trends from 2012 to 2022. And of course, our awards celebration where the best of the best are showcased.  Who will take out the award for 2022?  All will be revealed on the day, and may the best traineeship win!
